JIAO NAN TIAN HAI RUBBER&PLASTIC PRODUCTS CO.,LTD was founded in 2000,which is a professional manufacturer of semi-solid tires and other rubber & plastic products.
The company invested USD 4 million to build the factory, covers an area of about 20000M2 ,including gross building area of 15000M2. The Company has nearly 100 staff ,including 15 professionals and technicians
Our company is located in Jiao Nan Tie Shan Industrial Zone,Qing Dao of Shand Dong Province,It's to the west of Qing Dao Qian Wan Port and to the east of Tong-san Highway.The traffic is very convenient.
Our semi solid tires have lighter weight, better elasticity and antifriction than the solid tire ; in the meanwhile, they don't also need inflation and mend ,comparing to pneumatic tires. After 14 years' development, Our company has formed a variety of specifications of semi solid tires and other rubber&plastic products. There are five major series of products:
1).agricultural semi solid tires and complete wheels, applied to planters ,seeders,grain drills, cultivators ,grain augers and more.
2)semi solid tires and complete wheels ,applied to Zero-turn radius Mowers and more commercial lawn mowers.
3) semi solid tires and complete wheels ,widely applied to mowers,tillers,aerators,floor cleaning equipment, industrial carts,wheelbarrows,generators, pressure washers,hand trucks and more.
4)all kinds of PVC wheels
5)other rubber and plastic products
Our company has been engaging in developing and producing all kinds of rubber products all the time . we have the lean production line, and have a full set of advanced tire-making machines and equipments in the process of mixing, extrusion, molding, curing. Our production technology is up to the industry's top level.
Agricultural semi solid tires are able to be produced about 1,000,000pcs in a year ;and the annual quantity of semi solid tires (13X500-6/13X650-6) can be up to about 300,000 pcs .
